Who is Estilo Makina?

Beyond a single machine,
an operating process system.

Founded by Orhan Melih Bağırdakçı, Estilo Makina has operated for 6 years from İSTİM Industrial Site in Tuzla, Istanbul, developing machinery, equipment and process systems for mineral processing and heavy-industry applications.

The company’s scope is not limited to manufacturing individual machines. Raw-material characteristics, required capacity, target product structure, material movement through the process and site conditions are evaluated together so that the equipment can operate as one coordinated system.

Estilo Makina’s core fields are grinding, classification, drying, screening and crushing. Its main equipment groups include SAG mills, ball and rod mills, separators, rotary dryers, circular vibrating and trommel screens, and crushers. Depending on project requirements, bunkers, bucket elevators, screw conveyors, material-transfer equipment, supporting structures, platforms and auxiliary mechanical systems are also considered as part of the process.

The engineering objective is not simply to make an individual machine run. The complete process—from raw-material entry to the target final product—is considered as one operating system. Feeding, conveying, drying, grinding, classification, screening, filtration and product collection are connected according to the needs of the project.

This approach continues from engineering and manufacturing through mechanical installation and field integration. Machine layouts, transfer points between equipment, elevation relationships, supporting structures, maintenance access and installation conditions are evaluated within the project as a whole.

Estilo Makina works not merely as a machine manufacturer, but with an engineering and manufacturing approach that considers each machine’s process duty, its relationship with other equipment and its place in transforming raw material into the final product.

Engineering capabilities

Machinery, manufacturing and site are parts of one technical chain.

01

Process assessment

Material type, capacity, feed size, target product fineness, moisture and operating conditions are evaluated together.

02

Mechanical engineering

Machinery, equipment, frames and structures are engineered with their process duty and installation conditions in view.

03

Layout and material flow

Equipment elevations, maintenance access, bins, elevators, screws and transfer points are coordinated with the site geometry.

04

Manufacturing and assembly readiness

Welded bodies, frames and mechanical components are prepared with transport, assembly and field connections in mind.

05

Installation and process integration

Individual machines are integrated according to their duty in the line and their mechanical and process relationship with one another.

06

Field implementation and technical support

Layout, mechanical connections, existing-plant interfaces and operational technical needs are addressed according to project scope.

Manufacturing & integration

Real manufacturing. Real field work.

Different project stages—from machine bodies and transport to field layout and process connections—are shown through real images from Estilo’s manufacturing and field archive.

From engineering to site

A five-stage working model

Machine and system configuration is not based on a fixed catalogue solution. Material properties, process target, capacity, site and operating conditions are evaluated together.

Quality & engineering discipline

Quality is visible in the practicality of technical decisions.

Machine design, manufacturing, installation and field conditions are not treated independently. The aim is a design that can be manufactured, inspected, installed and accessed for maintenance.

CE

CE / Conformity

CE documentation is available. The conformity scope is evaluated against the relevant machine and project documentation.

01

Process comes first

Machine selection is evaluated through the material to be processed and the target product.

02

Manufacturable engineering

Design is considered together with manufacturing, transport, installation and maintenance conditions.

03

Field reality

Layout, elevations, transfer points and maintenance access are evaluated within the project.

04

System integrity

The relationship between equipment in the process is considered beyond the individual machine.

05

Manufacturing and inspection

Manufacturing and assembly are carried out against the approved technical design; project-scope inspections are reviewed before shipment or field implementation.

06

Defined responsibility scope

Engineering, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and after-sales responsibilities are defined at project start according to the technical proposal, site conditions and customer scope.
